摘要
介绍了水印标记在线实时检测系统的结构原理、工作过程以及传感器的选择、硬件和软件的设计与实现。水印标民检测是钞票纸生产过程中保证质量的重要环节,系统选择了能够分辨微弱色差、抗干扰性能好的光纤传感器对水印标记进行实时检测,下位机采用MCS51单片机系统,数据通过串行口传送给上位机,上位机为工控机系统,从而提高了水印标记实时检测的精度和稳定性以及设备的有效运转率和钞票纸的产品成品率。
Working Process,structural principle,sensor selection and the design and realization of the hardware and software regarding the on-line time detecting system for watermark label are introduced.Watermark label detection is very important to improve the papers quality.By selecting a sort of fiber sensor to detect watermark label,which is capable of distingguishing faint chromatism and resisting jam,adopting the SCM in the subordinate machine and the industry computer in the principal machine,and transmitting data through the serial port,Realize the detecting system.Thus precision and stability of the on-line time detecting system are imporved,so are the equipments operation efficiency and the papers finished product rate.
