摘要
提出一种基于图像传感器的冲针特征长度自动测量系统。利用CCD摄像传感器检测冲针的二维尺寸信息,信号处理电路提取冲针的直径和特征长度信号,由单片机控制双端口RAM对二值化图像数据进行存贮和处理,实现了冲针特征长度的测量。现场使用和实验表明,该系统具有很高的测量精度和性能价格比。
Proposes a kind of automatic measurement system of punch needle characteristic length based on image sensor.Utilizes CCD camera to detect the 2-dimension shape signal of the punch needle,utilizes signal processing circuit extract the dameter and characteristic length signal,utilizes the dual-port RAM controlled by MCU to save and process the 2-valued image data.So Realize the automatic measuring of punch needle characteristic length.Through experiment and several months spot application,the system has showed the advantage of high precision,good reliability and high cost performance.
