国内外焊接内螺纹铜管与无缝内螺纹铜管的技术发展状况

Situation of technological develop ment of welding internal -thread cop per tubes and seamless internal -thread coppertubes at home and abroad

本文介绍了国内外焊接内螺纹铜管与无缝内螺纹铜管的工艺技术、产品标准及推广应用情况,对美国A公司与国内C公司的焊接与无缝内螺纹管样品进行了质量特性对比分析,粗略估算了两种工艺的生产成本,并提出了应用前景。

An account of technologies of weldin g internal -thread copper tubes and s eamless internal -thread copper tubes at home and abroad,product sta ndards,and the extending applicati ons thereof are provided in this paper.More-over,a comparatively contrast analysis of quality characteristics of s amples between welded internal -thr ead copper tubes and seamless internal -thread tubes produced from A Company in USA and C Co mpany in Chinese mainland is given.I n-addition,the production cost of eac h of the two technologies is roughly e stimated and prospects of the applic ations thereof are presented.
