摘要
本文对鸡粪烘干过程中鸡粪粘结烘干机壁面及可以采用的各种防粘措施进行了分析,研究了鸡粪含水量、烘干机壁面温度对鸡粪粘壁性的影响,提出了采用壁面加温防止粘壁的新方法,并通过试验确定了防粘的临界壁面温度为246℃,JH系列鸡粪烘干设备相应采用的进口热风温度为550℃。
In this paprer, the stick property of chicken manure to dryer wall andvarious methods of stickproof in the drying process are analysed. The effects of moisture content of chicken manure and wall temperature of dryer on chicken manures stick are studied. A new kind of method of stickproof by raising wall temperature of dryer is advanced, and critical wall temperature (246℃ ) of stickproof and corresponing temperature (550℃) of heated air at inlet of JH dryer are determined by experiments.
