摘要 多自由度超声电机是从九十年代初开始研究的、在单自由度超声电机的基础上发展起来的一种新型电机。由于这种电机能提供两个或两个以上自由度的运动 ,且具有超声电机本身的独特优点 ,因而有广阔的应用前景。文中列举了几种最新出现的多自由度超声电机 ,阐述了它们的结构、工作原理和特点 。 Based on single-DOF ultrasonic motors, a multi-DOF ultrasonic motor has been developed since 1990s. This motor can realize a multi-degree-of-freedom motion, and has some particular advantages of general ultrasonic motors. In this paper, some new types of the motors are introduced, including their principle, construction and properties.
