摘要
以具有一对中央弧齿锥齿轮啮合的发动机为对象 ,采用弯扭耦合传递矩阵法计算临界转速、横向振动固有频率、稳态不平衡响应及初始弯曲响应 ,研究了锥齿轮啮合作用对发动机幅频特性影响。分析了粘性阻尼、不平衡量和传动功率对机匣振动的影响。比较有、无锥齿轮啮合作用的幅频特性 ,发现啮合作用使机匣振动在临界转速以外还存在多个峰值转速 ,拓宽了机匣振动影响因素 ,改进计算软件 ,提高了峰值转速计算效率。
The critical speeds, natural frequencies of lateral vibration, steady unbalance response and initial bending response of an aeroengine with its central spiral bevel gears engaged were calculsted by using bending/tortion coupled transfer matrix method. From the calculations, the inflence of the engagement of the gears on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the engine was studied. A comparison of the two different amplitude-frequency characteristics, one with and the other without the gears engaged, indicates that in addition to the critical speeds there are several rotating speeds at which the responses reach their peaks due to the engagement of the gears. For more efficiency in the calculation of the rotating speeds with peak responses, the software was improved.
