摘要
介绍了电站控制系统的状态检修技术,内容包括电站控制系统以可靠性为中心检修和预测性检修。文中给出了电站控制系统元器件平均寿命和故障模式、效应与危害度的分析技术,以及电站控制系统故障查找、定期试验、定期更换的状态检修技术和应用实例。文章给出的方法为电站控制系统的状态检修提供了科学的依据。
This paper describes a method of maintenance based on condition for control systems in power stations. The method included reliability centred maintenance and predictive maintenance for control systems of power stations. The mean life and failure modes, effects and criticality analysis of parts and assembly are given together with failure finding, periodical test, scheduled replace and actual examples of control systems in power stations. The suggest method may provide a scientific basis for maintenance based on condition of control systems in power stations. Refs 5.
