摘要
通过级组动应力的扩大计算及叶冠运行间隙的确定,表明带冠单叶片结构的共振态基本上处于较低的切向B0振型动应力水平,对比其它结构,更适宜于作为不调频叶片。提出了结构措施以扩大其在中长或较长叶片上的应用。
Through the extended calculation of a certain stage the dynamic stress of ISB (Integral Shroud Blades) is anlayzed. General speaking, it is in lower level of dynamic stress of tangential B0 vibrationvalid. As an ISB the vibration safety is vaild by compared with other structures of blade. Morever, the structure measure is posed to extend the applied area for middle or longer blades. Fig3, tables 4 and refs 6.
