摘要
以内蒙古达拉特发电厂3号锅炉为研究对象,分析锅炉在设计煤种下锅炉高负荷运行时,投用不同层燃烧器和燃煤量,锅炉各区段烟温炉膛断面热负荷的分布情况,找出结渣部位,提出减少结渣的措施。
The boiler No.3 of Inner Mongolia Dalate Power Plant was studied, and having had the thermal calculation analyzed the boiler during the high load operation and burning the designed coal. It used different layers vortex burners and ashflow, in each of the furnace, the gas temperature and furnace crosssection heat release rate distribute. It can find easy slagging location and take measures to reduce the slagging. Figs 3, tables 2 and refs 6.
