在嵌入式系统和集成电路设计中,对CPU、存储器等的自动检测非常重要,通过对RAM的故障分析,运用综合的检测方法,用软件实现了RAM检测算法。
It is important to test CPU and memory in designing integrate circuit and SOC. The article analyzes the faults of RAM, gives synthetic test method and finally implements the test method for RAM by software.
