油气井出砂信号的动态监测与处理 被引量:19

摘要 针对油气井出砂监测进行了研究,设计了"出砂动态监测系统"。该系统结合传统的振动测量思想与现代信号处理技术,突破了以往在出砂监测中将出砂信号视为静态信号,进而相应地采取静态信号处理的方法,运用功率谱、概率密度函数等数理统计方法,综合识别出砂信号。理论分析与实验研究表明,该实验系统在国内具有先进性。 In this paper,monitoring of sanding in oil and gas wells is studied and a monitoring system is designed tased on regarging sanding signals as dynamic and stochastic signals.In this system traditional ideas of vibration measurement are combined with modern technology of signal processing,a break through is made at signal processing,where the sanding signals were regarded as static signal and processed by methods of statistic signals.The methods of the power spectrum density and probability density are applied to synthetically recognize sanding signals.The system has been proved by theoretical analysis and practical test that is new and advanced in China.
