摘要
针对传统机车继电器控制系统故障率高的问题,提出并研制了机车PLC控制系统。利用FTA方法对机车PLC控制系统的各种故障进行了系统的研究,建立了机车PLC控制系统的故障树,并对故障树进行了定性和定量分析,确定出具有针对性的应对方案和措施,从而为提高系统的可靠性提供了依据。改造后的机车经连续半年试运行,状况良好,表明分析结果对提高控制系统可靠性是有益的。
The common relay control systems in railcar are normally with high fault probability.Thus,a new PLC control system is introduced.Faults of PLC control system in railcar are studied systematically with FTA method,and the fault tree of the system is constructed.Farther,The qualitative and quantitative analyses of the tree are carried out,and the measures to increase the reliability of the control system are recommended too.The railcar with the new PLC system has been running with good performance during half an year,It is indicated that this study is benefit to improve the reliability of the PLC control system.
