装甲车辆电气仪表及控制盒自动检测系统的设计

Design of Automatic Testing System of Electrical Meters and Controllers of Armored Car

针对我军装甲车辆电气仪表及控制盒种类繁多的实际情况,将装甲车辆电气仪表及控制盒自动检测系统设计成了综合的开放式自动化检测系统。该系统以PC机为控制核心,采用总线式的设计思想,解决了在同一试验台上自动检测不同仪表和控制盒的问题。该系统经实际应用表明,满足了用户的需求,效果良好。

A compositive,open and automatic testing system,which is used to test the electrical meters and controllers of armored cars,is presented in the paper.In order to meet the requirements of testing variable electrical meters and controllers of armored cars,the system uses the personal computer as it's center and adopts the idea of bus structure.So it becomes possible to test different electrical meters and controllers on the same test-bed.The application of the system has shown that it satisfies the users and has a good effect.
