摘要
利用机械合金化与高温烧结方法制备WC弥散强化铜材料 ,研究了高温烧结温度和烧结时间对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,WC粒子阻碍着烧结时铜基体体积扩散 ;WC弥散强化铜材料的最佳烧结工艺是 :烧结温度 95 0℃ ,保温时间 2 5h ,其软化温度基本保持在 90 0℃左右。
WC dispersion strengthened copper (DSC) was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) in combination with high temperature sintering.The influence of sintering temperature and time on microstructure and properties of the composites are discussed.The results show that WC particles obstruct the volume diffusion of copper matrix;and the optimum process is sintering at 1223K for 2 5h.The softening temperature of DSC is about 1173K.
