摘要
本文以生物试验和化学试验相结合的方法研究了不同土壤中Pb的生物有效性。结果表明,植物主要是吸收交换态Pb。碳酸盐态Pb及铁锰氧化态Pb在一定条件下也是植物可利用的铅,但因土而异。2.5%HAc可作为不同土壤中有效Pb的通用浸提剂,土壤Pb毒性临界含量为2.5%HAc可提取态7.5μg/g。
This study Was couducted to investigate the availability of soil Pb using both chemical method and pot culture. The results showed that the exchangeable Pb in soils could readily be uptaken by plant. Carbonates and Fe-Mn Oxides bound Pb, to a great extent, Could be uptaken by plant, depending an sois. It was suggested that 2.5% HAc-extractable Pb mightbe a good predictor of Pb availability in soils, and the critical concentration of soil Pb as expressed by this extractant is 7.5μg/g.
