摘要
以盆栽试验,研究了砷对莴苣的影响、土壤砷的有效性及其毒性临界浓度。结果表明,土壤砷的生物效应因土而异,但与土壤砷的有效量完全一致。初步认为,0.5mol/1NaHCO_3提取的As能较好地表征土壤As的有效性,是测定土壤有效态As的一种良好的浸提剂。以0.5mol/1 NaHCO_3提取态As表达的砷毒性临界值在各土壤中可以达到统一,其数值为1.81±0.107μg/g土。
A greenhouse study was conducted to investigate the effect of soil As on lettuce growth, its plant availability and toxic critical concentration. The results showed that plant responses to soil As varied with the types of soil,but were in correspondence with amounts of available As in soils. Sodium bicarbonate(0.5mol/1, pHS.5)might be used as a good extractant for determining available As in soils. The toxic critical value of As expressed by 0.Stool/1 NaHCO_3(pH8.5)—extractable As was almost the same in the different soils, and is 1.81±0.107μgAs/gsoil.
