Discussion on Critical Index of Heavy Metal Toxicity in Soil

植物因土壤重金属而受害时的土壤有效性重金属浓度,可作为临界指标,因为它对生长在不同土壤上的同类植物其值基本接近,土壤临界浓度所对应的该元素的土壤全量,是土壤对该元素的容量。

The definition of critical value/index and capacity of heavy metal in soil was discussed. The critical index was an available concentration of heavy metal in soil, to which the plant growing: in the soil begins to show measurably or visibly toxieated symptoms. This value was relative uniform among different soils for the similar plants. While the total amount of heavy metal in the soil at this conditions was the soil capacity of heavy metal, which was always different from soil to soil.
