在给出了基于Web的电离层TEC信息系统框架的初步设计,并指明了框架各个部分涉及的计算机技术和网络技术.
After basic features of WWW and Web - based information system are introduced and several technologies are discussed in this paper, a frame uf Web - based ionosphere TEC information system is designed.
