摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上对C194铜合金在应变速率为0.01~10s^(-1)、变形温度为650~850℃条件下的流变应力行为进行了研究.结果表明:在实验范围内,C194铜合金热压缩变形时发生明显的动态再结晶;用Zener-Hollomon参数的指数函数形式能较好的描述C194铜合金高温变形时的流变应力行为;所获得的应变速率ε解析表达式中,参数A和β值分别为6.35×10~9 s^(-1)和0.119 MPa^(-1);其热变形激活能Q为316.11 kJ/mol.
The rheologic stress of C194 copper alloy was investigated in the temperature range from 650℃ to 850℃ and at strain rale range from 0.01s -1 to 10 s-1 on Gleeble - 1500 test machine.The experimental results show that dynamic recryslallization occurs in evidence during hot compression deformation of C194 copper alloy in the range of experiments. The rheologic stress of C194 copper alloy during high temperature can be represented by a Zener- Hollomon parameter in the exponent - type equation. A and B in the analytical expressions of e fit to be 6.35 ×109s-1,0.119 MPa-respectively. The hot deformation activation energy of C194 copper alloy during hot deformation is 316.11 kJ/mol.
