摘要 将X射线毛细管聚焦技术和能量色散X射线衍射技术相结合,提出了一种新的针对组合材料研究的高通量X射线结构、成分分析方法,并实际构建了一个样机,测试了样机的性能,验证了此方法的可行性及优缺点。 A novel high throughput structure and composition characterization method for combinatorial materials based on polycapillary X-ray lens and energy dispersive X-ray diffraction (EDXRD) was proposed, and its prototype was setup in our group. We also demonstrated its applicability. Meanwhile its performance was also discussed.
