基于DSP的CNC的应用研究

摘要 讨论了一种用于两轴半立式铣床的PC -DSP主从式计算机数控系统。PC机主要负责有关参数设定、刀具半径补偿的离线运算、被加工工件图形的可视化以及实现本地控制等功能。而DSP系指MCT80 0 0F4运动控制器 (核心芯片为TMS3 2 0C3 1) ,主要负责直线圆弧实时插补运算、运动段加减速控制、位置保护等。被控对象由两套步进电机开环系统驱动二维工作台 ,一只铅笔模拟铣刀仿真实现。本文最后给出了一个完整实例。 This paper describes a computerized numerical control system for a two and a half axis upright numerical control milling machine. This system is a PC-DSP principal and subordinate frame. PC sets the parameters, executes the milling cutter radius compensation, draws the graphics of the work-piece machined and realizes local control. DSP is a MCT8000F4 motion controller (core chip: TMS320C31). The line & arc interpolation, motion segment acceleration & deceleration control, and high precision position protection are the duty of the DSP motion controller. The object controlled simulating for milling machines consists of two sets of step motor & driver (open system) driving one two-direction worktable. One pencil used to simulate the milling cutter. In the end, an example is presented to draw the cutter center track of the work-piece's program track accurately.
