摘要
将一种可编程序插补器和非线性校正技术引入数控位置检测系统 ,利用可编程序编制和修改的方便灵活的特点 ,简化硬件构置 ,不但能节省成本 ,提高系统的性价比 ,还可以显著提高控制系统的精度 ,大大降低跟踪误差。实验结果表明 。
A kind of interpolator and nonlinear revise technic are inducted into the numerical control position detecting system. The hardware structure can be predigested. It′s easy to program and modify. By take advantage of the features, the cost will be saved, and the capacity price rate will be improved. On the other hand, the accuracy of the control system can be improved obviously, and the trace error can be reduced enormously. According to the result of the experiments, it′s a practical control method.
