摘要
采用正交组合回归设计实验方法,研究了零保温条件下淬火和回火温度对27SiMn钢强度和硬度的影响规律,并进行了显微组织分析.实验表明,27SiMn钢零保温淬火后得到极细的板条状马氏体组织.900℃零保温淬火,强度、硬度超过880℃常规淬火,其原因与奥氏体晶粒细化和奥氏体中碳浓度分布不均匀有关.
