滑车式皮下埋线减张缝合术(附184例报告)

TROCHLEAR SUBCUTANEOUS THREAD BURIAL RELIEF SUTURE

目的 探讨滑车式皮下埋线减张缝合术的临床应用效果。方法 对 184例腹部外科手术患者采用滑车式皮下埋线减张缝合术的临床观察结果进行回顾性分析。结果 全组术后无切口裂开 ,平均住院 11.5d ,均痊愈出院。结论 与传统的皮外减张缝合方法相比 ,具有操作简易方便 ,经济实用 ,住院时间短 ,避免了皮外减张线引起的针眼线道感染和皮肤溃烂 。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of trochlear subcutaneous thread burial relief suture.Methods Trochlear subcutaneous thread burial relief suture was made in 184 cases of abdominal operation.Results 3 cases suffered from incision infection,3 cases from pulmonary infection and 2 cases from other complications after operation.All these cases recovered without disruption of wound and were discharged from hospital with the hospitalization time averaging 11.5 days.Conclusion The trochlear subcutaneous thread burial relief suture has proven to be an ideal operative treatment of the abdominal disruption of wound in contrast to traditional treatment.
