摘要
推进薪酬制度改革,现已成为我国国有企业改革发展的一个重要问题。结合近几年对国有企业监管的实际,本文就企业经营者的薪酬问题作一些探讨。在回顾历史和介绍发达国家对企业经营者薪金分配的一般作法的基础上,列举了国有企业现行分配中存在的问题,提出了对国企经营者年薪和职务消费实行最高限额的建议。
Putting forward the salary systern reforms, it is an important problem for the state-owned enterprise to reform and develop. In the last years, from the supervision of the stated-owned enterprise, the article discuss the problem of the enterprise executive salary . At the same time , the article put forward some problems about the state-owned enterprise' design. it is based of the history and some developed countries on how to design the enterprise executive' salary. and puts forward some suggestion of the tallest quota about the consumptions and the enterprise executive salary.
