摘要
区域要发展,产业要发展,其关键动因是产业创新。本文论述了培植良好的产业创新环境的重要性以及营造创新环境的两种渠道和四种方法;在分析产业组织理论、产业结构理论、产业发展理论和产业管理理论的基础上,论述了具体构建产业创新体系过程的组织创新、结构创新、技术创新和管理创新,以及应该注意的几个相关问题。
The key to facilitate the development of regional economy and industry is the industry innovation. This paper discusses the importance of creating the good industrial innovation environment, two channels and four methods to create the innovation environment. Based on analyzing the theories of organization, structure, development, management and industry, this paper discusses the organizational innovation, structural innovation, technological innovation and managerial innovation in constructing the industrial innovation, and then discusses some relevant problems that should pay attention to.
