摘要
作为一种管理理念,企业文化越来越显示出对企业发展的巨大作用,而具备核心竞争力则是现代企业应对激烈市场竞争的本质保障。企业核心竞争力的培育取决于多种因素,但优良的企业文化对于培育企业核心竞争力有着特定的价值。就中国企业而言,充分利用企业文化培育企业的核心竞争力,为企业的长远发展提供必要的保证,是当前管理实践中的重要命题。
As a kind of managerial concept, enterprise culture is indicating its huge function for the development of the enterprise day by day, meanwhile having the core competitiveness is the essential guarantee for modern enterprises to face up to the tense market competition. The cultivation is the enterprises’ core competitiveness lies in many conditions, of which, good enterprise culture has its specific value in cultivating enterprises’ core competitiveness. As for the Chinese enterprises, to make full use of enterprise culture, to cultivate the core competitiveness of the enterprise and to create necessary guarantee for the enterprises’ long-term development are the important issues in today’s managerial practice.
