摘要
针对热轧车间支承辊边部易损坏的现象,探讨了其产生的原因和解决的对策,并对磨削曲线设计了数学模型,以适应改造后的轧辊磨削。
The paper discusses causes that lead to edge failure on back-up roll and solving countermeasures,and presents grinding profile and corresponding mathematical model,in order to adapt reconstructed roll.
