This paper briefly describes a kind of packet switched transmission mechanismused in FDD uplink-dynamicre source allocation control(DRAC)strategy.It mainly discusses the principle underlying DRAC,its relevant signaling and data transmission process.Simulation reveals that this strategy is helpful in improving system performance.
