The vibration generated by a hydroturbine generator would have an effect on the efficiency and safety of generator sets to same extent.In view of that,the paper presents an online vibration condition monitor for monitoring the data of throw,vibration,pressure pulsation,ets.and evaluates the stability from multiangular considerations and analyzes the hidden trouble and defect of the generator sets,thus providing the basis of good stability parameters for the conditionbased maintenance.The paper also gives the detailed design of the monitor.
