抓斗式卸船机是重要的港口卸料设备 ,抓斗抓取控制的好坏直接影响整台卸船机的性能。通过对抓斗提升机构的“钢丝绳补偿”和抓斗开闭机构的“电流补偿”实现了抓斗式卸船机物料抓取优化控制。

Grab ship unloader is an important material unloading equipment in ports,and the grab control has direct influence on performance of the complete ship unloader.Optimization of grab control system of the ship unloader is realized by using slack rope compensation in hoisting mechanism and current compensation in opening/closing mechanism.
