摘要
在分析三球销式等速万向节工作原理及各种接触碰撞模型的基础上 ,建立了万向节含间隙机构运动副的动力学模型 ;并结合对ADAMS软件的二次开发 ,完成了三球销式等速万向节动力学仿真分析系统的开发 ;通过实际算例 ,验证了本系统的正确性和良好的使用效果。
This paper presents working principle and all impact/contact modes of constant speed universal joint with tripod(CV-J)and thus establishes dynamic model of a joint with clearance connections.The corresponding dynamic simulation system is developed based on the redevelopment of ADAMS software,correctness and convenience of which is verified by using it in the simulation analysis of an actual CV-J drive.
