摘要
介绍了HydroNit探头 (氢探头 )自动监测、控制炉气氮势的基本原理及实际效果 ,结合模具零件的生产进行应用。结果表明 ,HydroNit探头控制氮势可靠稳定 ,Nitro prof控制软件可操作性强 。
This paper introduced the basic principle and particle effect of HydroNit sensor for automatic monitoring and controlling nitrogen potential of furnace atmosphere in use of the mould and die.The results show that the HydroNit sensor has good reliability and stability for controlling nitrogen potential and the Nitro prof software has excellent operability and advancement.
