摘要
提出了一种基于预测/预演控制策略的远程测量系统中仿真测量环境的建模方法,该远程测量系统由本地端、互联网、远程端、三坐标测量机及摄像机组成。文章给出了该系统中仿真测量环境的实现方法,包括仿真三坐标测量机的几何建模、运动建模、DXF格式文件的解析和仿真零件的载入及定位、仿真环境中空间位置的标定。
This paper presents a modeling method to construct emulational measuring environment for a tele -measurement system,which is based on predictive /preview display control strategy and composes of local site,the Internet,remote site,a Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)and cameras.Then,the paper provides the implementation of the emulational measuring environment ,including:geometric modeling and kinematic modeling of the emulational CMM,creating the emulational workpiece from a DXF file and positioning it in the emulational environment ,calibration of the emulational environment.
