摘要
以补益肝肾法立方“调更汤”治疗 4 5例更年期综合征 ,疗程 3个月 ,观察治疗前后临床症状和FSH、E2 变化。结果 :总有效率 88 89% ;治疗前后FSH差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,E2 差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。
Forty-five cases of climacteric syndrome were treated with 'Tiaogeng Decoction', which serves to nourish liver and kidneys, and their FSH and E 2 were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 88.89%; FSH increased significantly after treatment (P<0.05), while E 2 changed little (P>0.05).
