摘要
为研究山药多糖降血糖机制 ,采用四氧嘧啶模型糖尿病大鼠 ,并以优降糖作阳性对照组 ,以山药多糖连续灌胃给药 15天。结果显示山药多糖对糖尿病大鼠的血糖有明显降低作用 ,同时能升高C肽含量。提示山药多糖对糖尿病的治疗作用可能与增加胰岛素分泌、改善受损的胰岛B细胞功能有关。
To study the effect of polysaccharide (PR) on diabetes in rats, the experiemental diabetes model was established in rats by alloxan. The effects of PR on diabetes were observed and compared with the glyburide contron. Results showed that the PR lowered serum sugar in diabetic rats, while on the 15th day the PR also increased C peptide. It is revealed that the PR acts to increase the secretion of insulin and improve the pancreatic β cells.
