摘要
传统的战略管理方法在企业的实践过程中碰到一些问题。综合计分卡是适应20世纪80年代以后企业内部条件和外部环境的新变化而诞生的,它通过一整套财务与非财务指标体系的衡量全面推动企业战略管理。这一体系是战略管理的一次全面创新。
Traditional methods of strategy execution have met some problems in the course of enterprise's practice.But with the change of environment,a new method named Balanced Scorecard challenges its status.It pushed totally strategies into actions by introducing the measurement of non-financial index,whose framework is considered as a great innovation of strategy management in the western enterprise field.
