摘要
利用示踪原子技术测定干湿谷物混合干燥中谷粒内部的水分分布状况,从而揭示了该干燥工艺的水分传递规律及其干燥机理。 研究结果表明,该工艺具有降水幅度大、节能效果显著及提高了干燥质量等特点,是一种适合于我国北方地区高水分谷物烘干的新途径。
In this study, the moisture distribution in a single grain was measured in the process of dried-Wet mixture drying of corn by tagged atom technique. The moisture transmission regulation and drying mechanism of this drying technology were revealed.It was shown that this technology can remove more moisture with less energy consumption and obtain better quality of the grain. This technology provides a new way of high moisture grain drying in northern China.
