机械和化学刺激对大鼠内脏神经敏感性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :通过对成年大鼠给予机械和化学伤害性刺激 ,探讨内脏痛觉过敏产生的机制。方法 :对成年SD大鼠分别行结肠气囊扩张和经肛门灌注芥末油给予机械和化学刺激 ,在结肠气囊产生不同压力的情况下观察大鼠的行为反射、血压及心率的变化。结果 :实验组和正常对照组之间存在着明显的差别。结论 :机械和化学因素对内脏的刺激可降低传入神经对肠道伤害性刺激反应的阈值 ,同时也可以对自律神经产生影响 。 Objective: By giving mechanical and chemical stimuli to adult rats, our aim was to investiqate the mechanism of visceral hyperalgesia. Methods: Adult rats received mechanical, and chemical stimuli by giving balloon distension in colon and mustard oil through anus respectively. The blood pressure, heart rate, and behavior reflex were observed under different colon pressure. Results: There was significant difference between treated groups and controls. Conclusion: The physical and chemical stimuli may decrease the threshold of afferent nerve for reflection to the harmful stimuli and influence the automatic nerve, and thus, influence the blood pressure and heart rate.
