退变颈间盘组织中一氧化氮和超氧化物歧化酶含量的变化及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究一氧化氮 (NO)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)在退变颈间盘组织中含量的变化并对其意义进行探讨。方法 :用分光光度法测定 32例颈间盘突出症 (PCID)患者的颈间盘组织及 10例正常颈间盘组织中的NO和SOD的含量并进行比较。结果 :退变颈间盘组织中NO含量高于正常颈间盘组织 ,SOD含量低于正常颈间盘组织。结论 :颈间盘退变时 ,颈间盘组织中NO升高SOD降低 。 Objective: Our aim was to investigate changes of nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the degenerative cervical intervertebral disc tissue and the significance. Methods: Degenerative cervical discs and normal cervical discs were obtained from 32 patients undergone anterior discectomy. Spectrophotography was used to determine NO and SOD. Results: The contents of NO and SOD in the degenerative cervical disc tissue were higher and lower respectively than those in the normal cervical intervertebral disc tissues. Conclusion: The high level of NO and low level of SOD indicate that the damage of oxide free radicals plays a very important role in the degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc tissues
