摘要
根据摩擦磨损试验结果,从涂层结构、基体特点及配副材料的影响等方面初步论述了火焰喷涂尼龙涂层的摩擦学特性。结果表明,涂层的夹层结构和基体的导热性是决定涂层具有优良耐磨性能的主要因素;涂层在较大的 P、V值范围内与各类配副均具有极低的摩擦系数和磨损量以及很高的尺寸稳定性;长期工作过程中,涂层未出现任何破坏现象。
According to the results of friction and wear experiment, the tribological behaviour of flame-sprayed nylon coating has been discussed. It is shown that, the sandwich structure of coating and thermal conductivity of matrix are the main factors determined the fine friction resistance of nylon coating. Under a wide range of P and V value, there are very low friction coefficient and wear, high dimensional stability for coating-metal pairs and no any damage during the test of nylon coating.
