弧面分度凸轮的加工和原始误差分析

THE PROCESS AND ORIGINAL ERROR ANALYSES OF GLOBOIDAL INDEXING CAM

以空间啮合原理为基础,介绍了弧面分度凸轮的加工方法。用矢量法分析了弧面分度凸轮廓面的原始加工误差及其对弧面分度凸轮从动件运动规律的影响,并以改进梯形运动规律的弧面分度凸轮机构为例,用计算机求出了由凸轮原始误差引起的从动件的位移误差曲线。

Based on principle of space engagement, the method for processing the glo-boidal indexing cam is illustrated in this paper, also this paper analyzes the original processing errors of the globoidal indexing cam profile by use of vector method and the influence of these errors on the motion diagram of follower in the globoidal indexing cam mechanism. By taking a globoidal indexing cam of modified trapezoid motion as an example, the displacement error curve of follower of this mechanism caused by the cam original processing error is obtained by computer in this paper.
