摘要
分析了楔横轧偏心变形,系统地研究了产生偏心变形的条件。针对相位差的变化,分析了相位对偏心变形的影响,并以 CA141 汽车轴-备胎升降器为例进行了试验。研究结果对于进一步开发楔横轧工艺、扩大工程应用领域、提高工艺水平有重要作用。
The eccentric deformation of a blank in the process of cross wedge rolling was analysed in this paper.The conditions of producing eccentric deformation and the effect of phase position on the eccentric deformation were researched systematically .The experiment for forming eccentric shafts used in CA141 truck was made for an example.The research results play an important role in extending the applying field and advancing the technical level of the process of cross wedge rolling.
