四川C县H小学办学条件不算好,各种条件也比较差,他们的剪纸课程开发却很成功,这对广大农村学校最重要的意义在于:办学条件和课程开发未必是一种正相关关系,相反,办学条件不理想的学校完全有可能在校本课程开发上创出惊人的业绩。

H Primary School in C county of Sichuan province doesn' t have so many good facilities,but th eir cutting -paper course has proved very successful.Its most important meaning lies in the fact that there doesn' t exist the positive correlation betw een school facilities and curriculu m exploitation,and conversely,sch ools with poor conditions can achieve a great deal in the exploitation of different courses.
