摘要
食品安全不仅关系着广大群众的身体健康,还关系着我国在国际市场中的市场竞争力,文章在分析我国食品存在的主要问题的基础上,提出改善食品安全性的总体思路和具体措施.
Food safety has great concern on the mass' health as well as our country' s competitive strength in the international market. Some general ideas and specific measures are put forward on the basis of the analysis of the food safety problems.
