摘要
绿色产品已经成为最具魅力的引导市场潮流的商品 ,其监测的法律保护问题日益突出。本文分析了国内外绿色产品监测法律保护的现状 。
Along with the tide of green products surging over the market arises the issue of legal protection of monitoring their marketing process. This paper aims to present a tentative analysis of this issue at home and abroad, and suggest ways of improving the status.
