简要述说了国内高级特薄淬火板的研制、生产状况,详细介绍了西南铝业集团公司气垫炉生产线试制LYCZO特薄淬火板的生产过程,并着重阐述了高级特薄淬火板生产前和生产过程中必须解决的关键技术问题。
Development and production condition of high quality super-thin quenching sheet in China are simply described. The production process of LYCZO super-thin quenching sheet tested and produced using air cushion furnace line of SWA are detailed in the article. It gives emphasis to describe the main technical problems which should be solved before and during production of high quality super-thin quenching sheet.
