淋巴芯片是在基因芯片技术基础上发展起来的专门用于研究恶性淋巴瘤的生物芯片。本文简要介绍了淋巴芯片的基本原理、制备的技术流程和不同类型 ,并着重介绍了淋巴芯片技术在恶性淋巴瘤诊断。

The lymphochip is a special DNA chip which is u sed to monitor the gene expression profiling of malignant lymphoma. The basic principle, technological procedure and types of lymphochip were briefly reviewed in the article. The ar ticle emphatically introduced the advance of lymphochip implication which was us ed to identify the molecular diagnosis, distinguish the subtypes and research th e morbific mechanism of malignant lymphoma. The aspects of development and probl ems in lymphochip study were discussed.
