高职高专外语教师队伍自身建设的思考

任何一种学习活动都是教师与学生相互影响的过程。学生本身的因素固然是学好外语的基本前提,但是教师自身素质的高低无疑对外语学习过程有着不可低估的作用。结合在复旦大学进修学习期间的感受,作者提出了一些提高外语教师自身素质的新视点及可行方法,旨在阐述加强外语教师自身建设对提高我国高职高专外语教育的总体水平有着不可忽视的作用。

Such topics as how to improve the teaching approaches and how to develop the potential ability of EFLstudents are frequently discussed by Chinese foreign language teaching society. All answers are concerned withthe interaction of learners and teachers. The success of learning a foreign/second language involves both effortsof teachers and students. This paper tries to illustrate the influence from English teachers on their students, andput forward ways to improve the teachers teaching results.
