我国通货紧缩和城乡居民收入分配差距的关系及其对策

The Relation between Deflation and the Gap of Income Distribution between Rural and Urban Population

从有效需求不足和消费率过低出发,结合所有的消费理论几乎都隐含着收入影响总消费需求这一关系,指出目前我国的收入分配的问题最为严重。再具体分析我国城镇居民内部以及城乡居民之间的基尼系数,发现城乡居民收入分配差距过大,而这种差距一旦消除,可以较长期地解决我国目前的通货紧缩问题。最后提出加快城市化进程的长期对策和现实可行性。

From the view of an insufficient effective demand and a low consumption rate, and the influence ofincome on demand for consumption, the paper points out that the problem of income distribution is serious inChina. A large gap of income distribution between rural and urban population can be seen from Genie Coefficientamong city dwellers and between city and country dwellers. The present problem of deflation in China will besolved if such a gap is greatly narrowed. A long-term countermeasure and a practical operation for acceleratingthe process urbanization are put forward in the paper.
